- Proactive Observability: Leverage Datadog, OpenSearch, and Fluentd to detect and resolve platform issues before they impact customers
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide development teams on platform best practices, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical direction
- An experienced SRE or Platform Engineer (5+ years) who thrives in high-availability B2B SaaS environments
- Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform/Terragrunt, Kubernetes, Docker, and GitLab CI
- Comfortable reading and writing Go for automation and operator tooling
- Strong ownership mindset, clear communication skills, and a collaborative approach to internal developer enablement
