THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership.
The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, utilization, and delivery schedules.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality parameters.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Manage client and senior stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting.
Conduct project reviews, governance meetings, and steering committee presentations.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.
Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence.
MANDATORY SKILLS
Strong experience in End-to-End Project Management.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Stakeholder and client management.
Risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Project governance, MIS, dashboards, and executive reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10–15 years of overall professional experience.
Minimum 5+ years in project/program management or leading large-scale technology projects.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
IT services, product engineering, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
Cloud, application development, infrastructure, data engineering, or enterprise platform projects.
Experience working with international clients and distributed delivery teams.
