- We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team
- In this role, you will leverage your experience to design, develop, and maintain platform capabilities that make a significant impact on healthcare delivery
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust solutions that support our mission of enhancing patient care and streamlining healthcare processes
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications that serve as the backbone of our healthcare AI platform
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers and Engineering platform leaders to translate requirements into technical designs and user-friendly interfaces
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs to enable seamless integrations with various healthcare systems and third-party services
- Uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure high reliability and maintainability of our software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across your domain, from front-end functionality to back-end infrastructure
- Work closely with our data science team to deploy machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms into production environments
- Engage in agile development processes, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously improve team workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical limitations and risks clearly
- 3-6 years of relevant work experience in fullstack web development, with a focus on modern technologies and frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, coding, and debugging skills with a proven ability to deliver with quality
- A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, with adherence to software development best practices
- Proficient understanding of modern web application development, including proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong ability to break down complex projects into manageable milestones and deliver working software with minimal day to day oversight
