Senior SWE/Game dev
Hi, I’m the co-founder of MaFi Games, an indie studio behind the game Captain of Industry. We’re a small but passionate team building the best factory simulation game we can, and we need more hands!
We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team and help us speed up the development. While experience in game dev is a plus, what matters to us most is strong technical ability and computer science fundamentals, e.g. experience with technically demanding programs, 3D graphics, simulation, or performance optimization.
Some reasons you may enjoy working with us:
* A multicultural, collaborative, and innovative work environment where your voice is heard.
* Fully remote work with flexible working hours and vacation schedule.
* Long-term, full-time collaboration (not a fixed-term contract).
* A high-quality C# codebase, code reviews, tests.
* Interesting technical challenges and a lot of ownership over your work.
* Work with a talented team on a popular video game with a wonderful community.
For an example of some of our technical work see https://www.captain-of-industry.com/post/cd-31. We’ve also built a unique signal-free train system https://www.captain-of-industry.com/post/cd-46.

P.S. We’re also looking for 2D and 3D game asset artists, in case you know someone.
