Senior Tibco Ebx Mdm Consultant
We are hiring a Senior TIBCO EBX Consultant to lead and deliver a medium complexity enterprise Master Data Management implementation at a leading client site in Singapore.
This is not a support role. This is a full scale implementation engagement where you will drive design, build, integration and governance architecture in EBX.
The initial engagement is 8 months, with a strong possibility of long term extension into support and enhancement phases.
Employment Pass will be processed for the consultant and eligible family members. Medical insurance will be provided.
What You Will Do• Lead end to end TIBCO EBX implementation
• Design and implement complex EBX data models
• Build workflows, validation rules and business logic
• Configure user roles, permissions and governance frameworks
• Integrate EBX with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware
• Drive data migration and data quality initiatives
• Partner directly with business stakeholders and IT leadership
• Support SIT, UAT and go live deployment
• Provide architectural documentation and knowledge transfer
• 5+ years experience in Master Data Management
• 3+ years hands on TIBCO EBX implementation experience
• Strong expertise in EBX data modeling and workflow configuration
• Experience in at least one end to end EBX implementation project
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience integrating EBX with enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of data governance and stewardship models
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in multi domain MDM (Customer, Product, Vendor, Reference Data)
• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes based deployments
• Exposure to cloud or hybrid MDM architectures
• Experience working in APAC region
