End-to-end UX/UI design work, discovery habits, and design system practice are already part of how you work. Confidence as the sole designer. Y ou are comfortable working as the most senior UX Designer, you don't need a mature UX organization around you to do your best work, you test your thinking openly with colleagues across the business.
