The Service Leader, Korea is a key leadership role responsible for leading the overall Service organization in Korea. This position oversees the successful delivery of customer projects and managed services, drives service excellence, manages business performance, develops organizational capabilities, and partners closely with the APAC and Global Service organizations to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Lead the overall Services organization in Korea, ensuring successful delivery of customer projects and managed services across Microsoft, AWS, and other technology platforms.
- Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance.
- Own the Services business performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, profitability, utilization, and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee strategic customer projects and programs, managing scope, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing Services team through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Partner closely with APAC and Global Services leadership to execute regional strategies, align with global standards, and provide regular business and operational reporting.
