Job Summary
Support the delivery and customization of ServiceNow solutions while gaining hands-on experience across development, implementation, and platform capabilities. Work alongside experienced consultants on customer projects, pursue ServiceNow certifications, and contribute to documentation, issue resolution, training, and knowledge-sharing activities
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and develop technical skills related to ServiceNow’s various modules and platform capabilities.
- Support customer projects and internal initiatives under the guidance of experienced consultants.
- Complete the ServiceNow certification path and acquire essential platform knowledge.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow cloud-based solutions.
- Gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow development using best coding practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation as needed.
- Identify and escalate product issues to the project team.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Recent graduates with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Passion for technology, cloud solutions, and IT service management.
