- Rosetta Stone, the experts in language learning with products that provide an immersive learning experience for 25 languages, is seeking Software Engineers
- The ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and language learning and will help us add new features to our extremely successful Rosetta Stone products
- Work with a team of talented engineers, both starting projects from scratch and also working within the existing code base
- Build the back-end wiring, application logic, and UI for our products
- Provide accurate estimates, evaluate feasibility, and assess new platforms and technologies for project implementations
- Collaborate and communicate clearly across multiple development teams to design and release amazing products
- Excellent programming skills (e.g. Ruby/Go or Java)
- Modern best practices in Javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Passion for improving language learning through technology
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Knowledge of AWS, MySQL, MongoDB, GraphQL/Node, React is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
