Solutions Engineer
Renewable Energy Solution Engineer – Customer & Sales Focus
( PV, BESS, Data Centers, EV, Network)

We are looking for a Renewable Energy Solution Engineer to support technical projects within Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Data Centers, EV Charging Networks and Power Distribution Networks across the Nordic region.
The role combines technical solution implementation, system integration, testing, verification and project delivery with customer engagement, partner collaboration and commercial sales support.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for system integration, implementation, testing, verification and project acceptance
- Support technical solution design, including platform deployment and integration verification
- Support business and system surveys for industry solution projects
- Coordinate solution implementation with customers, partners and technical teams
- Support project bidding, service solutions and sales activities across the Nordic region
- Collaborate with headquarters and Nordic teams on service solutions and sales strategies
- Support service operations, customer experience and training of service partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering or technology
- More than 3 years of experience in the renewable energy or data center industry
- Experience in solution design, service architecture design, delivery implementation or service integration
- Experience in project support and management
- Basic service or operational experience
- Strong customer relationship skills, commercial awareness and sales awareness
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent Danish and English
- Partner relationship experience and a project management background are preferred
Technical knowledge
General renewable energy industry knowledge and basic product knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Solar PV
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Data Centers
- EV Charging Networks
- Power Distribution Networks
