- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering highly complex technology projects
- Experience in the space or aerospace sector
- Strong knowledge of standards and qualification processes used in the space industry
- Ability to assess technical risk and conduct cross-disciplinary analyses
- Experience in roles such as Systems Engineer, Technical Lead, or Technical Officer
- Strong background in electronics engineering and mechanics
- Understanding of assembly technology and electronics assembly processes
- Advanced level of English
