Our mission is to make our third-party (3P) business the best place for sellers to launch, operate and grow. We continually improve the seller experience by simplifying processes, reducing defects and eliminating work that adds cost without adding value.
We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to drive operational excellence across the seller journey. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce cost to serve, remove operational waste and resolve the root causes of recurring issues. Working across business, operations and technology teams, you will turn data and seller feedback into scalable improvements with measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
Process improvement: Identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows and establish consistent processes that improve seller outcomes.
Cost and defect reduction: Reduce avoidable contacts, errors, rework and manual effort while improving service quality.
Project delivery: Lead improvement initiatives from diagnosis through rollout, with clear ownership, timelines and measurable returns.
Performance management: Define and track metrics for cost to serve, defects, productivity and seller experience.
Continuous improvement: Coach teams in structured problem-solving and build a culture of accountability and lasting improvement.
