Sr Transportation Network Leader, SC Topology & NW Strategy

Discussion
The Brazil Transportation Network Planning team is looking for a talented Senior Transportation Network Manager who will lead the planning and design of the end-to-end transportation network across all fronts — volume flows, middle-mile, and last-mile expansion. In this role you will own the network topology and the plan of record that determine how volume moves across Brazil, and shape the multi-year transportation strategy that underpins our capacity, cost, and growth plans.

As a team player you have an opportunity to work with some of the best Supply Chain professionals, Science and Tech teams, Operations Managers, Finance partners, and business leaders across the organization to design optimal transportation network solutions, balancing conflicting objectives to achieve the best customer experience in the most cost-efficient way. This role requires working with cross-functional teams to jointly define requirements, develop network flow and topology solutions, and lead the planning process across every cycle (SPS, OP1/OP2, QxG, 3YF). It also involves driving the mechanisms and automation agenda — in partnership with our science team — to scale planning beyond manual effort and translate demand and topline growth into a defensible network plan.

This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and opportunities, and the premises and demand disaggregation behind the plan. Cross-team coordination, planning process leadership, and executive interaction skills are essential. It also requires strong stakeholder management, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be adept at diving deep across multiple information sources and working closely with operations, finance, science, and expansion teams to rapidly iterate and deliver solutions, and at driving long-term strategic initiatives and best-practice adoption.

Key job responsibilities
Lead transportation network planning across volume flows, middle-mile, and last-mile expansion, owning the network topology and plan of record over a 3–5 year horizon.

Coordinate and gather requirements from multiple partner teams to translate demand and topline growth into a defensible long-term network plan, disaggregating demand by cluster and setting the planning premises.

Communicate and drive long-term initiatives, actively removing bottlenecks and building scalable mechanisms, and partner with the science team to automate volume-flow planning.

Effectively influence stakeholders without direct authority, driving clear, precise, and regular communication through monthly and quarterly planning reviews.

Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in the planning process, benchmarking best practices from established markets to drive adoption in Brazil.

Contribute to mid- to long-term network design, process standardization, and the development of innovative transportation solutions.
