Discussion

At Stryker, supply chain is about more than moving products. It’s about making sure our teams and customers have what they need, when they need it, to support better patient outcomes. This is an opportunity to grow your career in supply chain, building hands-on experience across planning, scheduling, inventory, problem-solving and process improvement.

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate surgical kits for upcoming procedures, balancing customer demand, inventory availability and operational capacity.
  • Monitor bookings and proactively identify supply, inventory or scheduling constraints, using data to resolve issues before they impact a case.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Kit Rooms and hospital stakeholders to keep priorities aligned and cases on track.
  • Ensure surgical kits are complete, accurate and delivered on time to support reliable service and patient care.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that simplify workflows, reduce inefficiencies and improve scheduling and supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling information while meeting quality, compliance and operational requirements.

Who you are

  • You’re a proactive thinker who looks ahead, anticipates challenges and takes action.
  • You’re curious and eager to learn, with an interest in growing your career in supply chain and operations.
  • You enjoy solving problems and improving processes, looking for smarter and simpler ways of working.
  • You’re organised and detail-focused, take ownership of your work and can adapt when priorities change.

What you will need

Required

  • Experience using computer-based systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Preferred

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory management, planning or scheduling.
  • Experience using an ERP system, such as JD Edwards.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or another time-critical operational environment.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and access to employee benefits and partner discounts.
  • Hands-on supply chain experience in a role directly connected to surgical procedures and patient care.
  • Ongoing training, coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Paid parental leave, wellbeing initiatives and volunteer days.
  • Access to health, financial wellbeing and insurance programs.

If you’re looking to grow your career in supply chain, enjoy getting ahead of problems and want to improve the way things work, this could be a great next step. Apply today.
