De positie YER Tech Solutions (TS) is looking for an entrepreneurial Systems Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of something new. You will play a key role in shaping the way we define and deliver engineering solutions for our customers. By translating customer challenges into clear system requirements and architectures, you will help ensure our projects are delivered successfully from concept through implementation. You won't inherit a mature organisation with fixed processes and legacy structures. Your role As Systems Engineer, you will bridge customer requirements, engineering disciplines and project delivery. You are responsible for translating customer needs into clear system requirements, architectures and interfaces. You ensure that mechanical, electrical and software elements work together as one integrated solution and that projects remain aligned with customer expectations throughout the development process. While Mechanical Engineers focus on designing and realising the physical solution, you focus on defining what the system must do, how the different subsystems interact and how compliance with requirements is demonstrated.
