About INDUCTED INDUCTED is a compliance platform for UK construction sites. No worker gets on site until their contractor's risk assessments are approved and their induction is complete — enforced in software at the gate, not on paper. Every entry is an immutable audit record. The pull is regulatory: the Building Safety Act 2022 and CDM 2015 now demand a digital "golden thread" of who was on site and when, and main contractors are legally exposed and still running this on spreadsheets. Traction A working MVP is live and tested (Next.js + Supabase). It proves the core flow — full mobile induction in under 15 minutes, QR-code gate evaluation fast enough for a site queue, and a manager portal with live headcount, audit search and expiry alerts.

The role Rebuild the MVP as a multi-tenant, enterprise-grade product on the Microsoft Power Platform — enterprise contractors require everything inside a Microsoft-managed environment, so this is a deliberate Microsoft build. You'd own the architecture and engineering end to end.
