Technical Cofounder & CTO (AI)

Compensation: 5.0% – 10.0%

We're an AI-native company building Advisor Relationship Management (ARM) for insurance and investment firms, and we're looking for a hands-on AI engineer to own the technology as technical cofounder and CTO. Must be located in US or Canada time zones.

What you'll do • Own the AI architecture and roadmap behind our advisor prediction and messaging models • Build and deploy machine learning and LLM systems on enterprise data, securely and privacy-safe • Hire and lead the technical team, and represent our technology to customers and investors

What you bring • Production machine learning experience (predictive modeling, deployed in real systems) • Ability to build and deploy on AWS. Our stack uses Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, plus RAG and agents. Experience with these is ideal, and you can pick up the rest quickly. • Practical LLM experience and strong Python and data engineering skills • Technical leadership and an ownership mindset

Nice to have: top tech companies experience, SF bay area or NY/CT area location, enterprise deployment experience; financial services, distribution or CRM experience; prior startup experience.
