Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical and operational leadership roles within the hygiene and paper products manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale production processes.
- Strong understanding of raw materials, production technologies, and quality control systems relevant to hygiene and paper products.
- Demonstrated experience in regional market analysis and cross-border supply chain dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
