Summary

Manages information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets across Google's EMEA data centers, driving cross-site execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication while applying industrial cybersecurity standards and data center infrastructure expertise.

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

  • Provide operational ownership of information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within the EMEA regional scope.
  • Provide partnership and relationship management with cross-functional teams to define and measure security postures and implement improvements.
  • Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security efforts across Google’s fleet of data centers.
  • Leverage control system insights across the DC Central Ops team, DC Software team, and site-specific stakeholders.
  • Lead and continually optimize strategic and complex operational technology security programs to drive consistency, efficiency, and economies of scale across multiple teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Industry certifications such as GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Experience with global industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
  • Experience in data center infrastructure (BMS, PMS, cooling, or power distribution systems).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technical field.
  • Experience navigating global matrixed organizations and coordinating engineering programs remotely across EMEA.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
