Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or light chemical engineering.
• >5 years working experience in related market
• Must have sales or technical expertise in synthetic articles.
• Needs to be an excellent communicator in order to deal with difficult negotiations
• Must be a good traveller and able to understand, cope and manage cultural differences.
• Must have good knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Will have good financial awareness, profit/loss and cost structures.
• Good at English and Mandarin language.
• Have the skills to develop and maintain good relationships with strategic accounts
• Have good decision making capabilities
• Have excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities

• In Charge of adhesives& bonding technical sales in Greater China.
• Possess a solid understanding of the China adhesive market, with relevant experience in metal adhesives and glass adhesives.
• Train and advise customers and agents on knowledge, production technology, use of machinery and the use of Stahl products and technology in order to promote customers’ confidence in Technical Advisors and products
• Foster good relationship with customers through technical support, business support and entertainment in order to better understand customers and their needs and secure sales.
