Within our Digital & Customer Insights team, you translate business objectives and customer journeys into GA4 measurement plans, event taxonomies, conversion definitions, data layer schemas and implementation-ready tracking specifications. You work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Data and Privacy to embed analytics into the product development lifecycle, from solution design and refinement through release validation and production monitoring. As our digital architecture evolves towards Headless Commerce, Single Page Applications and server-side tracking, you ensure that events, parameters, user properties, consent signals and attribution data are captured and distributed accurately across analytics and marketing platforms. You will investigate complex discrepancies across client-side and server-side data flows, validate implementations against the measurement plan, and establish the governance needed to keep our data reliable, scalable, and privacy-conscious.
