TIBCO BusinessWorks Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks Consultant/Developer to support a large scale migration project from TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x (BW5) to TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE). The role involves modernizing legacy integrations, refactoring BW5 applications, and deploying containerized BWCE solutions on Microsoft Azure using Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BW, middleware integration patterns, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.

Responsibilities

- Architect and lead the development of complex, high-scale systems and applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability demands.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and establish engineering best practices across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving several teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
- Design system architectures that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability, paving the way for future enhancements.
- Conduct technical interviews and actively contribute to hiring decisions, helping to build a strong engineering team.
- Represent the engineering team in stakeholder meetings and technical discussions, advocating for technical solutions that drive business value.
