is an AI writing assistant that helps people write clearly and confidently while keeping their own voice. It improves grammar, spelling, tone, and clarity in everyday messages, emails, and essays. We help people spend less time fixing their writing and more time getting their ideas across.

About the role

We're looking for someone who knows TikTok and enjoys working with creators to build and launch Wordfully's creator affiliate program. You'll work directly with the founder to decide what we offer creators, recruit our first partners, and help them make content that brings new users to Wordfully. You'll have room to shape the program and decide which content formats and partnerships to grow. Experience building your own TikTok presence is a strong plus, especially if you've also organized collaborations with other creators.

What you'll do

• Plan the first campaign with the founder. Decide which creators to approach, what collaborations could look like, and which affiliate incentives to offer.
• Find TikTok creators who cover AI tools, productivity, education, careers, or language learning. Handle outreach and follow-ups, and turn interested creators into active partners.
• Help creators get started, agree on deliverables within the campaign budget, answer questions, and keep collaborations on schedule.
• Write briefs, hooks, and video ideas that show Wordfully in use. Think product demos, writing examples before and after using Wordfully, and everyday situations viewers recognize.
• Keep track of creators, publishing dates, referral links, agreed commissions, and payments. Work with the founder to set up clear reporting.
• Review content performance, referral clicks, sign-ups, paid subscriptions, and acquisition costs. Use the results to improve the offer and expand partnerships that work.

What we're looking for

• Experience recruiting and managing creators, running influencer campaigns, or building affiliate partnerships.
• An understanding of what gets attention on TikTok, keeps people watching, and makes a product recommendation feel natural.
• Confidence reaching out to creators, building relationships, and discussing collaboration terms.
• Strong written and spoken English. You can write a clear brief and give creators useful feedback.
• Comfort working with campaign data and connecting content performance to sign-ups and sales.
• Someone who brings creative ideas, stays organized, and follows through. You can work independently and take a campaign from planning to launch.

Nice to have

• Experience promoting software, subscription products, AI tools, or consumer apps.
• An existing network of TikTok creators.
• Experience creating and editing your own short videos, especially for TikTok.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, referral tracking, and creator discovery tools.

Your first priorities

Get the first creator partnerships ready and make sure referral tracking works before their content goes live. Then work out which creators and content formats bring people who use Wordfully and become paying subscribers. We want creators to enjoy working with us, and we'll use the results to decide how to grow the program.
