Trainer

- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor's degree
- English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
- Possession of at least one training certification, such as CompTIA CTT+ or an internationally recognized equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority
- Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools
- Experience in planning training scope, designing and developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capability to conduct workshops and instructor-led trainings in classroom and remote environments
- Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods and techniques
- Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing and training tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
- Expertise in providing support and trainings to end users
- Exceptional collaborative skills
- Versatility across technologies and platforms
