Job Title: Web Development Specialist (Remote)
Overview: We're looking for a specialist who can own client work from build through ongoing support. Join our team to help build and maintain client websites. You'll be a key technical contributor on our web team. You'll assist with building and maintaining client websites, and work directly with our marketers and clients to deliver sites that perform.
Responsibilities:
- Help build and update client websites in Octane, Wordpress, and other platforms
- Troubleshoot and fix common site issues
- Optimize sites for speed, technical SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
- Set up tracking, forms, and third-party integrations
- Contribute to day-to-day web projects with the team
- Learn industry best practices, tools, and workflows
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions
- Willingness to learn different web builders
- Interest in web development and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness
Experience with WordPress or another CMS
