We want AngelSEED to go beyond community and infrastructure by continuously creating applications, products and ventures that solve real problems and create economic value.

We are expanding our founding team and looking for an entrepreneurial product leader who can help make that happen.

The Role

We are looking for a Co-Founder – Product & Venture Building who can take opportunities from:

Problem → Idea → Validation → Team → MVP → Users → Revenue → Scale

This is not a conventional Product Manager position.

You will work directly with the founders, technology team, builders and ecosystem partners to identify what AngelSEED should build and turn those opportunities into real products and ventures.

What You Will Do

• Identify problems and opportunities worth building around
• Convert ecosystem opportunities into product concepts
• Validate ideas before significant development resources are committed
• Define MVPs and product roadmaps
• Work closely with technology teams to ship products
• Recruit and organize builders around new opportunities
• Design business and monetization models
• Build GTM strategies for new applications
• Work with users and partners to achieve product-market fit
• Identify opportunities created by AI, blockchain and autonomous agents
• Support ventures from concept through launch and early growth
• Help successful projects develop independent teams and leadership
• Work with the capital team to make promising ventures investor-ready

Who We Are Looking For

You may currently be a:

• Startup Founder

Previous startup or Web3 experience is strongly preferred.

We value people who have actually built and launched something over candidates who only have theoretical product knowledge.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

You should naturally think like a founder.

When you discover a problem:

Can we build a business around this?

When a partnership creates an opportunity:

Can this become a product?

When new technology emerges:

What real-world problem can it solve?

When a product starts gaining traction:

How do we turn it into a scalable venture?

You should be comfortable working from zero rather than inheriting an established product organization.

What Success Looks Like

During the first 6–12 months:

• Establish an AngelSEED venture-building framework
• Identify and validate high-potential opportunities
• Build clear product roadmaps
• Launch initial MVPs
• Form builder teams around selected opportunities
• Establish early users and strategic partners
• Validate monetization models
• Generate initial product revenue where possible
• Create ventures capable of becoming independent businesses
• Build a repeatable pipeline from opportunity to venture

The objective is not the number of ideas generated.

It is:

Products Shipped → Users Acquired → Revenue Created → Ventures Built

Compensation & Ownership

This is an early-stage Co-Founder opportunity, not a conventional salaried role at the current stage.

The structure can include:

• Equity / ownership
• Potential $ANGEL allocation subject to applicable requirements and vesting
• Venture-specific ownership opportunities where appropriate
• Performance-linked upside
• Long-term leadership opportunity

The final structure will depend on experience, commitment, responsibilities and contribution.
