About the role
We're seeking a remote, freelance Community Ambassador for Management Games to engage the Chinese market. You'll manage key channels (BiliBili, Zhihu, WeChat, QQ, Paradox Forum, Steam, Rednote), foster community, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Cultural Bridge:Connect brand and Chinese players.
Performance Analysis:Track KPIs and provide insights.
Content Excellence:Prepare localized social media copy.
Reporting & Recommendations:Develop monthly reports with growth recommendations.
Multimedia Savvy: Edit short and long-form videos.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual Fluency:Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chineseand strong English.
Cultural Acumen:Understand Chinese culture, internet trends, and social media etiquette.
Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor.
Autonomous & Collaborative:Work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks.
Chinese Social Media Mastery: In-depth experience managing Chinese social media.
Franchise Enthusiast:Familiarity with Management games
Desirable Skills
Community Expert:Experience in community-focused projects (moderating, administrating, leading fan communities).
Proven Social Media Track Record:Success managing accounts on platforms like Baidu Tieba, QQ, Rednote and BiliBili.
Creative Tool Proficiency:Advanced Photoshop and video editing skills.
