- 10–15 years of professional experience in data quality management, data governance, or enterprise data management
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data quality frameworks, including KPIs, scorecards, and monitoring mechanisms
- Strong experience in data quality measurement, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experience working across multiple data domains and business functions, with a solid understanding of end-to-end data flows
- Experience in embedding data quality into large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP, data platforms, analytics initiatives)
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and how data quality integrates into governance models
- Experience working in federated or matrix organizations, collaborating with distributed teams
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting data quality (e.g., financial, healthcare, or data protection contexts)
- Exposure to data tooling ecosystems (e.g., data profiling, monitoring, catalog solutions)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
