Director of Sales, NSO, North

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE segments to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Drive national revenue growth, market share, and profitability through new business development and existing account expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve regional and national sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and represent Accor at industry events to generate new business.
• Negotiate and manage national account contracts while ensuring competitive terms and profitability.
• Achieve national sales budgets and regional Revenue Generation Index (RGI) targets while controlling costs.
• Track sales activities, leads, and conversions through Accor’s ANAIS and Connex systems.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, resolve customer concerns promptly, and strengthen long-term business relationships.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce tool Events & Connex
• Ability to analyse market data and adjust strategies accordingly
