Ecosystem Programs Manager (gn)

Build and scale the programs that help our partners and customers succeed with NOVA. You will own the ecosystem program strategy, operating model, and delivery roadmap, connecting capability development and operational readiness with adoption and business growth. This senior role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, allowing you to lead cross-functional initiatives and shape program investment., Program strategy and structure Define the ecosystem program strategy and roadmap, aligned with company priorities and partner business models. Design partner tiers, benefits, and progression paths. Capability development Own role-based learning journeys for partner commercial and technical teams and customers. Develop competency frameworks, assessments, certifications, and reusable learning content. Ecosystem activation Create programs that help partners progress from onboarding to qualified opportunities and customer deployments. Build repeatable co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives. Systems and operational readiness Own business requirements and the roadmap for the partner portal and learning management system. Align partner data and workflows across the CRM, portal, and learning platform. Governance and cross functional leadership Establish clear program governance, participation terms, and rules of engagement.
