Your focus
- Build a cutting-edge agent platform that makes it easy for anyone to build with AI
- Architect scalable infrastructure to serve millions of personalized experiences across thousands of customer websites in real-time
- Develop a platform for intelligent insights and self-improving systems that help users understand engagement and automatically improve experiences
Ideal candidate
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building user-facing web applications
- Empathy for non-technical users and commitment to great UX
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience building AI applications with LLMs
- Experience with AI-native development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, and databases
- Backend expertise with a focus on developing data-intensive applications at scale
