Head of Community & Growth

Head of Community & Growth
Help Build the Operating System for Cyclists and Their Bikes.
Cycling is more than a sport. It's transportation, fitness, adventure, independence, and community.
Yet the experience of owning and maintaining a bike remains surprisingly fragmented.
Cyclists use different platforms to track rides, find mechanics, schedule repairs, manage bike maintenance, discover products, and connect with other riders.
Cyclaa is building a better way.
We're creating a connected digital ecosystem that brings bike ownership, maintenance, professional services, commerce, and community together in one seamless experience.
Think of a world where every bike has a digital identity, every cyclist has access to trusted services, and every ride is part of something bigger.
We're starting in New York City with a focused maintenance and service marketplace, supported by a planned 60-day pilot designed to validate customer demand, establish reliable service operations, and develop a repeatable growth model.
Our ambition extends well beyond NYC. We're building Cyclaa with the long-term vision of becoming the global operating system for cyclists and their bikes.
Founded by Margaret Coppola, an entrepreneur, endurance athlete, and cyclist with a background in finance, business strategy, and building and selling a previous company, Cyclaa is entering an exciting stage of product development and market validation.
Now we're looking for someone to help build the community and growth engine behind it.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and commercially minded Head of Community & Growth to lead Cyclaa's early customer acquisition, community development, partnerships, and brand activation efforts.
This is not a traditional marketing position.
You won't be inheriting an established audience, a large marketing budget, or a playbook that's already been written.
You'll help create the playbook.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to shape how Cyclaa introduces itself to the world, starting with New York City's cycling community and building a repeatable strategy for future markets.
Your mission is to turn Cyclaa from an emerging platform into a brand cyclists recognize, trust, engage with, and recommend.
The ideal candidate combines the creativity of a brand builder, the analytical discipline of a growth marketer, and the relationship-building skills of a community leader.
We care about more than followers, impressions, or event attendance. We want someone who can translate community engagement into meaningful product adoption, completed service bookings, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.
If you love building things from scratch, thrive in fast-moving environments, and genuinely understand the power of community, this could be an exceptional opportunity.
