About BrainFullStack BrainFullStack is a software development agency that designs and builds products end to end. Our work spans AI and machine learning, web and mobile apps, data engineering and visualization, automation, and the UI/UX that holds it all together. We believe the people who plan a product should be the same people who build it, so nothing gets lost between design, code, and data. We're looking for people who enjoy working across the stack and care as much about why something gets built as how.

The role You'll build the frontends of the web apps we ship for clients, working in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Design and engineering sit on the same team here, so you'll work directly with the people who designed the screens instead of from a handoff file. You'll ship real client work early, with code review from a senior engineer on everything you merge.

What you'll do Build responsive, accessible interfaces from our design files. Connect the UI to APIs and handle loading, error, and empty states properly. Write tests for the components you build and track down the bugs you find. Review other people's pull requests, not just submit your own. Flag design problems early, before they turn into code problems.

What you need Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus working knowledge of TypeScript. Something real you've built with React, whether at a job, in a bootcamp, or on your own. Comfort with Git and GitHub. Clear written communication, since the team is fully remote.

Nice to have Next.js, especially the App Router Tailwind CSS Testing with Vitest, Jest, or Playwright An eye for design: spacing, type, and why one layout works better than another

Location and eligibility This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates who live in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US, now and in the future, without employer sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa (such as H-1B) for this role. Our working hours are based on Pacific time, and we ask for at least four hours of overlap each weekday.

Pay and benefits Salary: $100,000 to $116,000 per year Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, equipment, etc.

How to apply Apply with your resume and a link to something you've built, such as a GitHub repo, a live site, or a portfolio. In a few sentences, tell us what you'd do differently if you built it again.

BrainFullStack is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
