- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development.
- Strong key account management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing major clients and achieving business growth targets.
