Outreach Manager and Market Researcher
👋 I'm Kirill, founder of IntellDetect.
We work with data for sports technology: 200+ analysts, clients around the world. I'm now exploring new markets and looking for a research and outreach partner: someone who finds the right people, writes to them personally and fills my calendar with strong conversations.
This is not lead generation and not mass mailing. We are not selling yet. We are learning how industries work, where they hurt and who can tell us.
You will see how conversations with the market turn into company decisions, and you will influence those decisions yourself.
👉 What we offer:
📈 Growth and impact
Work directly with the founder every day: no layers, fast decisions;
Real influence: your research and hypotheses shape where the company goes next;
Growing autonomy: at the start I approve contact lists and messages, later you set the direction and propose new niches yourself;
Skills that are valued everywhere: market research, customer discovery, B2B outreach, working with executives;
A fast entry into a growing industry: sports tech, data, AI;
Transparent feedback and a salary review based on results;
A path to grow into Head of Business Development.
Daily practice of business English in real correspondence with senior people.
💰 Money and bonuses
Monthly quality bonus: we pay for completed conversations with relevant people, not for the number of messages sent ;
Idea bonuses: one-time cash rewards for accepted ideas and improvements across the company;
14 days of paid vacation ;
Up to 50% compensation for learning, courses and tools.
Longevity bonus
😌 Comfortable working conditions
Full-time, remote, from anywhere in the world;
Flexible schedule; we need an overlap with the US working day;
Trust instead of micromanagement: we measure results, not hours in front of a screen.
👥 Team and culture
A short path from idea to decision: you work directly with me;
No bureaucracy, toxicity or drama;
Open communication and regular feedback.
💼 What you will do
Research markets, companies and roles, read industry reports, propose hypotheses and niches to explore;
Build target lists where every contact has a clear reason to be there;
Write personal one-to-one messages (LinkedIn, email, whats app); I approve them before they go out;
Handle replies, follow-ups and scheduling, mostly with people in the US;
Prepare a short brief before every call;
Keep a clean contact log and write a short weekly note: what we learned and what to try next.
🎯 What success looks like
Month 1: a daily routine that runs without me: research, approved contacts, personal outreach, booked calls;
Month 3: my calendar is full of relevant conversations, and you are proposing the next niches yourself.
✅ Who I'm looking for
2+ years in B2B outreach, business development, research or a founder's-office role;
You have written personal outreach to executives and can explain why it worked;
You get up to speed in any unfamiliar niche fast: this is a must;
You write clearly and concisely in English, because your messages go to US executives;
You can work hours that overlap with US time zones;
You have an active, credible LinkedIn profile, because outreach is sent from your own account;
A plus: sports tech, sports data or physical AI; customer discovery experience; Sales Navigator and CRM.
🚫 Not a fit if your experience is mass email campaigns, automation or bought lists. We only do personal outreach.
📩 How to apply
Send your CV and please answer three questions in your message:
Describe one cold message you wrote that got a reply from a senior person. What did you write, and why do you think it worked?
Pick an industry you know nothing about. What would you learn in your first three hours, and how?
What is your time zone, and which hours can you work?
Process: short call, then a practical task (about 2–3 hours), then a final conversation.
