Product Marketing Manager (Remote, India)
About Enola
Enola (AskEnola.ai) is an AI-powered command center for mid-market executive teams: CEOs, CFOs, CROs and CPOs. It connects to QuickBooks, Stripe and the CRM, then auto-generates the reports leadership teams run the business on: MRR, NRR, retention, P&L and budget vs. actual. Unlike chat-style AI tools, Enola runs on a deterministic engine. Every number is traceable to its source, with zero hallucination, which is the trust bar executive teams demand. We are an early-stage, founder-led team. The product is live, our lead-magnet product Enola Light is in market, and we are building the go-to-market engine from the ground up.
The role
- You will lead marketing at Enola and own 0-to-1 marketing and GTM end to end. This is a builder role: you set the strategy in the morning and ship the campaign, the landing page and the email sequence by evening.
- You will work directly with the founder and the product team. You will shape how Enola is positioned to mid-market CEOs, CFOs, CROs and CPOs, build the demand engine (email marketing included) that fills the pipeline, and stand up the marketing ops foundation we scale on.

What you'll do
Positioning and marketing strategy
- Own Enola's positioning, messaging and ICP definition for mid-market CEOs, CFOs, CROs and CPOs, and refine it with customer and win/loss interviews.
- Build and run the GTM plan: target segments, channels, launch calendar, budget and quarterly goals.
- Lead product launches end to end, from narrative and sales enablement to launch-day execution.
- Demand generation
- Build the demand engine across email marketing, LinkedIn, SEO and AEO (answer-engine optimization), webinars, partners and paid tests.
- Run Enola Light as a lead magnet and own the funnel from first visit to qualified pipeline.
- Design and test campaigns weekly, then double down on what converts. Content marketing
- Write and ship content executives actually read: LinkedIn posts, blogs, executive playbooks, report teardowns, case studies and newsletters.
- Turn product capabilities (MRR, NRR, BvA, traceable AI) into sharp stories for each persona: CEO, CFO, CRO and CPO.
- Support the founder's thought-leadership presence and ghost-write where needed. Marketing ops
- Set up email marketing orchestration from scratch: segmentation, nurture and lifecycle sequences, triggered campaigns, lead scoring and attribution.
- Build dashboards on funnel conversion, CAC and pipeline contribution, and report on them weekly.
- Keep tooling lean and the data clean, so every decision is measured. Web, UX and brand
- Own the website and landing pages, and partner with design on UI, visuals and product screenshots.
- Shape the in-product upgrade and onboarding moments with product, so marketing and product feel like one experience.
What you bring
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years at an early-stage startup (seed to Series A) where you built marketing from scratch.
- Hands-on 0-to-1 GTM experience. You have defined positioning, launched a product and built a pipeline where none existed.
- Proven demand generation. You can point to campaigns you ran and the pipeline numbers they produced.
- Strategy and execution in one person. You write the plan and you also write the copy, build the email and launch the page.
- Strong content skills. Clear, specific writing for a sophisticated buyer, plus comfort creating for LinkedIn, web and email.
- Marketing ops fluency. Hands-on experience setting up email marketing orchestration and automation, plus funnel analytics and attribution.
- Good UX/UI sense. You know what a clean landing page and a good conversion flow look like, and you can work in Figma, Webflow or similar.
- Data-driven instincts. You set targets, measure everything and kill what doesn't work.
- Startup DNA. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration and wearing many hats.
Huge plus
- Prior experience at a data, analytics or BI company, or marketing a data product to business buyers.
- Management consulting or analytics consulting background. You think in frameworks, communicate crisply with executives and can sell outcomes, not features.
- Experience marketing to mid-market C-suite buyers (CEO, CFO, CRO, CPO).
- Familiarity with fintech or finance tools (QuickBooks, Stripe, FP&A platforms).
- Experience with AI products, AEO or LLM-driven discovery.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: You have audited our funnel and tooling, and shared a sharpened positioning and messaging framework. The GTM plan is approved, email orchestration, lifecycle stages and attribution are live, and the first demand-gen campaigns are running.
- By 60 days: A weekly content and campaign cadence is shipping, the website and Enola Light funnel are optimized, and a pipeline dashboard is reported weekly.
- By 90-120 days: Marketing is a predictable, measurable source of qualified pipeline, and you have a clear case for the next marketing hires.
