- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an SAP SD/OTC and mediocre MM/P2P consultant, with hands-on configuration and support of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including integration between SD, MM, and FI modules. EDI knowledge is required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud is preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with end-user training and documentation.
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics execution, and financial processes in SAP.
- Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology
- Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow, ManageEngine or similar) for ticket management. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori apps for procurement and sales, or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in procurement and sales.
- Understanding of analytics and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
