  • Demonstrated experience designing, producing, and controlling senior management or committee reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data ownership, data lineage, critical data elements, data quality measurement, reconciliation, and issue management.
  • Good knowledge of credit risk and credit risk reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including portfolio analysis, trend interpretation, root-cause analysis, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience improving or automating reporting processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across functions, legal entities, and international teams.
  • Strong awareness of multicultural working environments and collaborative problem-solving.
