Senior Security Engineer - AI Focus

The Opportunity
The Security Engineering team at Euna Solutions is building the security foundation for a growing AI/ML product surface, and this role sits at the center of that work. You'll own AI security end-to-end, from threat modeling agentic pipelines and LLM integrations to defining the secure development practices that engineering teams actually follow. If you want to do serious security work in a space that's still being defined, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Own AI security projects end-to-end, from conception through delivery, across Euna's AI/ML development lifecycle
• Assess and mitigate security risks specific to AI/ML systems, including model integrity, data poisoning, prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and agentic AI threat vectors
• Evaluate and help secure agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, tool-use frameworks, and autonomous decision-making pipelines
• Implement and maintain security tooling, automation, and controls across AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure
• Define and enforce secure AI development and delivery practices across the SDLC in partnership with Architecture, Product Development, Platform, DevOps, and IT
• Contribute to AI governance initiatives, including policy development, risk assessments, and responsible AI frameworks aligned with regulatory and industry standards
• Develop and maintain technical security documentation for AI systems and models

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of hands-on security architecture and engineering experience in an agile SaaS environment, with a proven track record driving cross-functional security initiatives
• Deep, hands-on experience in AppSec core domains and security architecture across microservice, cloud-native, and serverless application architectures
• Direct experience with GitOps implementation and security, security tooling and automation built as software, and continuous security and compliance practices
• Recent hands-on exposure to securing AI/ML environments and working familiarity with AI/ML security frameworks, including OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act
• Awareness of agentic AI architectures and their associated risks, including autonomous agents, tool orchestration, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Direct experience with LLM security, model red-teaming, or AI threat modeling, and hands-on work securing agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience contributing to or implementing AI governance programs, risk registers, or responsible AI policies
• Experience with security incident response in AI/ML environments, including familiarity with AI governance principles such as model transparency, explainability, bias/fairness, and data lineage
• Relevant certifications such as ISC2 AI Security, CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, ISSAP, or ISSEP

Location
This position will be remote with preference given to EST/CST time zones.
