Compensation: $150k – $230k • No equity

We build custom AI systems for businesses across every vertical: full custom software buildouts (internal tools, dashboards, client portals), swarms of autonomous AI agents, voice AI, and end to end automation infrastructure. We run our own businesses on this exact stack at $650K+ per month, and we back every client build with a $100K payroll savings guarantee. Client volume is heavy and growing fast. We need developers who can keep up.

What We Offer: $10,000 to $25,000 per month based on skill level and the client volume you can handle. Consistent project flow, real budgets, zero client acquisition on your plate.
