  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training education to support product adoption.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to implementation.
  • Analyse territory performance and adjust sales strategies to optimise results.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with responsibility for achieving revenue targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing and executing territory or account plans.

  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed territory.
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders within large or complex organisations.
  • Experience using CRM systems for opportunity and pipeline management.
Additional Information

  • Regular travel throughout the territory is required.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of customer-facing field activity and remote working.
What We Offer
  • A winning culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
  • A territory with genuine growth potential and the freedom to make it your own.
  • Competitive salary, incentive earnings, and performance-based rewards.
  • Ongoing sales training, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
  • The chance to build a career across one of the world's leading healthcare companies.
  • Paid parental leave, wellbeing days, volunteer leave, education assistance, and other great employee benefits.
  • A collaborative team that works hard, enjoys what they do, and supports each other along the way.
